Pricing wedding cakes is always a complicated task due to the many options available.  Prices will depend on style, size, numbers of tiers as well as the design and the intricacy of the design.  Almost all our clients take up the opportunity to come along for a Tasting and Consultation Session where decisions can be made to make sure we know exactly what you are wanting for your 'dream cake'.

The information in this Guide introduces you to the 4 main styles of wedding cake  - Fully Naked, Semi naked, Buttercream and Fondant.   Once the style has been selected we can then begin the process of designing your bespoke cake.  Please note the starting prices are for 2024. 

Fully Naked Cake

The Fully Naked Cake is often the 'Star of the Show' when we exhibit at the various Wedding Fayres.  With many couples choosing to get married in a more rustic setting the Fully Naked Cake is quite often an obvious choice.

With such an attractive cake we find that so often the couples cannot believe that starting from £435 for a 3 tier, they have selected the most inexpensive cake on our stand.

Semi Naked

We are finding that the Semi naked cake is very much 'on trend' at the moment.  It simply  looks amazing in any environment

This cake looks equally as good on one of our logs or cake stands that are available to hire for your special day.

Starting from £485 including the flowers this stylish cake is proving to be the popular choice for so many of our clients.

Buttercream Cake

When asked to provide a 3-tier cake covered in pink buttercream with an artist's palette design, we knew we were about to create something really different. The bride and groom were "over the moon" with the finished cake, and the comments we have received have been amazing. Prices starting from £535  for the standard buttercream option; this is truly an affordable style that looks a million dollars.

The Fondant cake

The fondant wedding cake provides the cake maker with an opportunity to display their skills. Crisp, sharp edges are a must with faultless fondant tiers and amazing hand created floral designs this cake cannot fail to impress.  Because of the skill and work involved 3 tier fondant cakes start from £685, but after close inspection you will truly appreciate the hours and hours of attention to detail to create what will be your perfect cake.   Timeless and simply outstanding.

Size really does matter!!  (at least when choosing your cake)
